Data from the 2025 Technology Survey shows that while efficiency is a major driver of tech adoption, another large motivator is the chance to enhance the client experience. Today’s REALTORS® are proving that technology isn’t replacing the human side of real estate, but rather it’s helping it thrive, blending innovation with connection to meet clients where they are and moving the industry forward.

This year’s Technology Survey highlights just how quicklydigital tools have become part of the REALTOR®’s everyday toolkit. eSignature is the most used current technology (used by 79% of agents). It reflects the profession’s embrace of convenience and efficiency in

Overall, technology adoption reflects a balance between working smarter and enhancing the client experience.

Current Emerging Technologies Use
